CONCEPTUAL OVERVIEW
In 2016 long time resident, Robert Volé and his Family, decided to investigate conceptual design options for our community park area. With countless resident discussions one theme has been paramount, "We deserve better, our families deserve better," hence efforts started to bring a new vision to our community.
Below you will find months of work and design ideas for the Fisher Island community park area. After various concepts and renderings were presented, the vision herein is a good foundation to begin the conversation. We would like your feed back and encourage you to share this with your family and friends to get their insight as well. So let the conversation begin about serious improvements which will benefit our Fisher Island Families of all ages for many years to come.
OVERVIEW OF ELEMENTS
- Dry and Wet Play Areas, Three Basketball Courts - alternate use event space and gaming options
- Drinking fountains and bathrooms
- New Improved dog park w/water-play elements
- Community Pavilion with multiple use social spaces
- Expanded Cart & Car Parking
- Wet play area working off FICA APP for parental control, Obstacle Courses, Soccer Field/s, Zen Garden, Running Track and much more.
